I had a leaking dishwasher that ended up damaging my hardwood floors. I had a couple of contractors come in to assess the damage and talk me through the process of getting my hardwood floors replaced. After my discussion with Andy, I completely trusted him to navigate through what ended up being a VERY cumbersome and difficult insurance claim process. He handled that and everything else like a true professional from start to finish, even after the dishwasher I bought to replace the original one was leaking as well! As a single working mother, I truly appreciated having someone as competent and trustworthy as Andy overseeing this project. I would recommend Andy and Built Restoration to anyone!

BEYOND 5 STARS it was so great to meet Andy and his team of highly experienced professionals they showed up in record time mitigated further damages laid out a plan for repairs restoration helped me coordinate with state farm i was so tired... how wonderful for them to take this burden off of me... i know my restoration will be handled competently and expediently THANK YOU THUMBTACK
