You won’t be disappointed! Trustworthy, honest and dependable. I am on a weekly schedule
We have started the pool cleaning service with 7th Inning Pools since couple of weeks ago. So far so good. Mr. Jonathan Gutierrez has a pleasant personality. When contacted, he responded in a timely manner.
Jonathan responded within minutes and was able to come out same day to see the pool. He tested our pool water and did assessment if the surface if our pool. He thoroughly explained the problem and his proposed steps to resolve. Quoted price for the initial treatment and ongoing service. He was very knowledgeable and detailed.
Thank you Johnathan and 7th Inning Pools for fantastic service! Johnathan has been amazing at keeping my hot tub clean and chemically balanced. An added bonus was when Johnathan saw my pond feature, which had become dank from improper care. Johnathan helped clean, drain and properly fill my pond, restoring it to brand new. He added beautiful goldfish, two pumps and a waterfall feature. Johnathan also custom built a protective netting cover to protect the fish and pond from raccoons. I highly recommend 7th Inning for your pool and pond needs!
This service started out great for a few weeks then went downhill. He never showed up on schedule. For the last two weeks he didn’t show up at all. My pool. turned green. We had to hire someone else to clean it It was so bad the new person said that was a buildup of many weeks. After not showing up for two weeks he showed up up today as if all was well. He now wants to be paid for work he did not do.

Juan was very prompt and informative regarding my pools needs. He connected the pool cleaner the correct way and showed my son how to install the cleaner. Very professional and experience.
