First appointment was a no call no show. Didn't care that they didn't come just told me he'll be here the next day "same time". Literally smiled and laughed as I was describing my request for running plumbing out to my pasture because it was such a crazy request? Who knows. AWFUL. AWFUL. Disrespectful. Insulting. Unreliable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Then, still wanted his service fee!
I’m so thankful for the professionalism. He assessed the problem and was able to fixed my faucet.
He was professional, answered every question related to the work, and gave some credible advice
Quick to reply ànd quick to get to the job site. Smooth work

Great company highly recommend, fair prices and the work quality was great!!! Will be using them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
He was here earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated because we had a leak. He got the job done quickly. And cleaned up all the mess that the leak made.
Arrived on time. Found the issue immediately. Once parts were acquired, repair was smooth.
Kossi was punctual and courteous and provided explanations with his quality service! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
Right on time, great work product and very efficient! Will hire again if needed
I had another individual no show, they were able to come out same day to fix my leaking sink.
Leaky and loose drain pipes expertly replaced
BAIT AND SWITCH they are happy to respond promptly and be first ones at your door, but that's because they are only at your house for LESS than 15 minutes and asking for 305!!! He fills my tub, toilet and sinks of water knowing that they are not working and then says call your septic guy. I thought that this is covered under your service call fee I said. And he started 305 said that really isn't fair it's really been less than 15 mins. So he went down to 200. I'm asking for an invoice and disputing with my bank because this is a SCAM.
Extremely happy with my experience. Great quality work and attention to details. Will definitely recommend and rehire.
Great service and very knowledgeable. We’re on time and fixed the problem.
Great job, done quickly but expertly! Dryer vent was reattached and better than before. Also, clogged up bathtub now draining freely. Great job!
Cossi was punctual with quick response time, respectful of our flooring wearing shoe covering and was able to resolve our plumbing problems. He replaced a garbage disposal and a leaking pipe connection in our kitchen. We now have a quieter disposal! Our master bathroom faucets were best replaced. Pictures show before and after. He didn’t have the correct supplies in his truck but was able to complete the job same day. Thank you! I’ll be sure to recommend 808 Drain LLC
