It was easy to book the pick up. The truck arrived ahead of time and called to say they would be early. The drivers were attentive, professional and prepared. The bill was a little higher than the original estatmate - but it made sence to me because we completely filled the truck and there were some really heavy items. Derek and Mike were the loaders and they were personable and delightful to work with. Highly recommend.

These guys were on-time, friendly, professional and down-to-earth while completing the job efficiently. I was recovering from surgery and unable to lift heavy things while moving. They cleared out a room in my house and most of my garage, letting me know the price shifts as we went along, so I could decide if I wanted to pay more to have them take more stuff. It goes up in approximately 100 dollar increments - and is exactly what they state on their site. I also gave them some new items since they have a donation program. Strong. Quick. Reliable. Great job!
The team did a good job of cleaning up drywall pile and hence 3 stars. Reason for not rating them higher is because they didn’t fully explain how they charge. I was told charges are by volume and that’s all the info I got. But they do have weight limit of 1 ton which they didn’t mention explicitly. When I mentioned that there is still space this was revealed. Derek could have shared this info earlier and I would have made different choice for my job.
I’ve used this company twice now as I am in the final stage of selling my home, and I cannot recommend them enough. They make quick work of heavy furniture items to junk and they are just generally really nice guys. They take direction well, and are great at double checking that they are only junking exactly what you want them too. They emptied 2 garages full of trash/furniture as well as a basement/bonus room in a little under an hour. The only thing I’ll say is expect to pay a few hundred dollars more then the estimates given here, but honestly, you get what you pay for with this company. Quick, efficient, and attentive service!
Made my pickup quick and easy. Pricing is pretty transparent. Ignore the thumbtack estimate as it’s not that accurate. They do have a picture that shows their prices. The picture I’ve included was about 3/4 of the truck which was $459
THEY WERE ON TIME VERY NICE 👍🏽 AND PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED QUICKLY..I WOULD REFER DUMP PRO TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF NEEDED..THANK YOU DUMP PRO😊 Before and after photos.
I contacted this company a day before my move out haul. I was very pleased that they were able to accommodate me within a short amount of time. The movers were fast, professional, and prompt when communicating. I’d highly recommend them.
Ended up using another demolition provider (simply due to timing), but appreciated how prompt and professional Derek was in providing an estimate. Good communication, reasonable pricing.
Showed up on time and emptied a garage load of junk(lumber, furniture, steel drawers) in barely 15-20mins. Also did some cleanup after the job. Reasonable pricing and great professionalism.
Derek was great and worked with my schedule to get my old garage torn down and carried away very quickly. He made sure to adjust the final price to account for the fact that it took less time then he originally planned for. I will be using them again for any hauling/demo projects I have.
They did what they said they would.
Professional, job done quickly. Great staff and great results.
Say that it’s extra for any items in the picture I gave them BEFORE I choose their service.
