It was really fast took him less then 2 min to cut the pad lock. Easy to communicate. Let me know the cost ahead of time so there were no surprises
Was locked out and called them. I was able to get into the house in a matter of mins. Super efficient and responsive
The locksmith was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained why and how he had to remove and clean out one of our doorknobs / locks. We are very satisfied with the work and thought the price was reasonable.
They did have to reschedule from the initial appointment but it wasn't an emergency job so no big deal, they were on time for the rescheduled job, friendly and professional. I would recommend this service.
Added several smart locks to my new home. Did good work. He was patient and thorough.
Excellent service! Duane was kind, professional, and quick! He even showed us how to set up our electric key pad! You will not regret booking with 911 locksmith!

They were very easy to talk to on the phone and got a tech out on the way so quick! Unlocked a door that had no existing key and made a few copies to avoid a lockout again. Great service!
