Great experience working with Nick to fix our water feature. The work was done well and the area left clean afterwards. Thanks!

Nick did a great job problem-solving a pump and filter issue for a fountain. It is finally working well.

Apparently A-1 Koi Ponds prefers to communicate exclusively by text instead of answering the phone to have a live conversation. I sent an email through their website and after a few short text exchanges, they sent me a quote (by text) without a detailed scope of work, without ever having a live discussion with me, and without ever coming out to take a look at my project. Not a great way to do business. I'll keep looking.
