Although very professional, the cost to clean the gas fireplace was excessive. The technician, although very professional and polite, did not seem like he knew the issue causing my problem. I received a quote for over $800 (and my request to have that estimate itemized was not answered), and ended up having the issue fixed for $75 Dollars. Thats not acceptable. The only Reason I am giving 3 stars is that the tech was very professional. I do not recommend this company for a gas fireplace.

On time, inspected everything and explained what they recommend that needs to be done. Professional, nice guys who showed up.
Keep the scheduled appointment. A-1 scheduled an appointment with us and then their technician called us 1 hour into the appointment window to confirm and to let us know he had 1-2 jobs before ours. Then 40 mins before our 4 hour appointment window closed, A-1 called to cancel and reschedule.
They came on time. Very courteous and professional. It was my bad to not research them more but they are a lot higher in pricing than most. Parts are marked up quite a bit. Thankfully their people great.
They agreed to waive the $95 fee because I was not happy with the quote.
