Really great experience. He was very responsive, communicated along the way, and we love the end product. When they took our carpet out, they found our subfloor was quite unlevel in places (even after sanding) they had to poor a self leveler which added a day to the project. He did things right and didn’t cut corners. Will use them again.

I consider myself to be extremely lucky to stumble across A&A construction LC, specifically Anatolii. Not only did he beat other quotes with high quality work, but he was extremely responsive, professional, honest and kind. He and his crew were efficient, skillful with such speed yet still respectful of the house. I had 3 bedrooms with carpet removed and replaced with laminates. He even managed to install laminates in my tiny closet without asking me to remove the wall mounted Elf drawers. They took care of moving furniture around and putting back to the original positions without any difficulties. I highly recommend him.

Couldn’t be happier with the work done by A&A on my flooring. I had some shoddy work done by another contractor to level my floors and had to bring in A&A to correct the issues to allow for us to lay down new hardwood floors. Tony and his brother were meticulous in getting the flooring just right, insuring my confidence in their approach along the way. Contacted Tony about replacing carpet and old vinyl sheet flooring in bathroom with some transitions to carpet. Came over and did a free estimate and discussed if the material I had bought would work. Estimate was more than reasonable. He ended up having an opening earlier than scheduled and he was able to get the job done a day early. He and his assistant showed up right on time and got to work. He does Great work and does the job right the first time. it looks so much better and he was able to fix the subfloor so we didn’t need a transition strip under the pocket door. Super happy with the work!
Tony did a great and quick job finishing the floor in our gym/office bonus room. We had a slab poured but he came in and saw it wasn’t level. He did a self leveling layer then installed a moisture barrier and LVP the next day. He also installed baseboards to make the room look finished. The best part is he picked up all supplies including a separate trip to Home Depot to buy the baseboards for us. He was quick, responsive over text, and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend! Tony and his team replaced the vinyl flooring in my downstairs with engineered wood using nails and glue. They proactively suggested fixing all the squeaks on the floor by adding extra screws and meticulously laid the planks together in a straight line. He was quick and did an amazing job.
We would highly recommend Tony and his team! They were extremely responsive from the start and provided an estimate, which was on the lower end of all the contractors we talked to. He was able to come out within just a few days of when we had contacted him - faster than any of the other pros. We had a couple of nail pops and a floorboard that was popping out in our LVP flooring, and Tony's team was able to fix it in just a few hours. Tony went above and beyond to find a matching LVP for our stairs when we couldn't find the exact same type of board. He replaced our damaged steps and they are sturdy and beautiful! They match the existing LVP wonderfully.

We were experiencing some warping and broken corners on our LVT and I reached out to A&A to have them replace the damaged boards. They were one of the few flooring companies that was willing to take the job and they were able to come out very quickly. Originally, we only replaced 2 boards but we realized that there were others that were starting to have the same issues after the initial fix. They were willing to come out the next day and we ended up replaced multiple boards nearby to make sure that we didn’t have another issue. We would definitely use them again in the future.
