Reviews
I was so upset when I touched base with them because I have 3 cats and one or the other throws up every so often. We never can get the stains out. On top of all that my partner fell and there were blood stains on the carpet. They assured me they were the best and would get all the stains out. They were right the stains came out and my crying turned into a big smile.
I cannot believe the job that they did the carpet cleaning that I had done made my carpets look brand new again. What an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone. They are kind, personable and just very nice people. I plan on using them a lot. I’ve had other carpet cleaners, and they were in and out in less than a half hour and didn’t really look like anything was done. They just told me it was old and too soiled. My carpets were not soiled. A&B was in my house almost 2 hours doing a fabulous job doing a Triple process to make my carpets look new. When they were done, my whole house smelled super clean. Truly a five star job!!
He was very attentive. He even took the old Mattress from the couch and put it in the dumpster for me! I would absolutely recommend him.
A&B carpet cleaners did a great job! I would definitely use this company to clean my carpets again.
Arlen did great work and he's wonderfully pleasant, hire him!
Arlan from beginning to end a pleasure to work with and we are very pleased with the results of his attention and effort in this job.
We needed a last-minute carpet cleaning before moving into our new home tomorrow, and Arlan was able to accommodate us into his schedule. He was communicative, on-time, super friendly, and his quote was the best i found on Thumbtack. He not only did an amazing job on the carpets, but he couldn’t be a nicer guy. :) We’re really pleased with his work, and will definitely use him for all carpet & tile cleaning in the future! Great local company.
Brought my couches back to life!
My experience with Arlan of A&B was top notch in every area: Communication, Quality of Work, and Value Received. Arlan was the only professional that actually responded correctly to the item of upholstery that I needed cleaning. All the others either didn't read the message or could not understand that I specifically had a headboard and not a mattress. I think his competitors just sent out "canned messages!" Arlan's message was "in the present", and it was clear that he took the time to read the scope of my request. Speaking of which, the headboard was a garage sale type purchase, linen type off white woven fabric, and we had it stored for a year prior to our move. So, when we uncovered it for Arlan to begin his cleaning "magic" it was much dirtier than I remembered. Arlan assessed the situation, and used his years of cleaning experience to bring this headboard back to a "like new" item! I was very impressed with how good it looked and could not be happier with the result! Arlan also provided me with the most value for headboard cleaning of any other vendors! He didn't make this more than what it should have been. A real pleasure to work with an honest businessman, who is new to the Tampa Bay area but has over 20 years experience elsewhere. Support him with your business and you will be well pleased! Also, he was so concentrated on getting me a pristine result that he forgot to do a before photo or I would have included that! He is really ALL about the customer having a 100% result and therefore no time for thinking about his photos! LOL
