Roy was excellent and all of his work was of superior quality. He was honest, hardworking and more than reasonably priced. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Hired him again immediately after the basement was completed to tare down and redo our deck.

About A&N Contracting
Hi, I'm Roy Piatt. I've been a resident of Anne Arundel County for more than 30 years and I am a certified and licensed general contractor. I specialize in custom additions that enable families to enjoy more space in their homes and improve the quality of their lives. From one-room to two-story additions that potentially include a new bathroom, kitchen, playroom and more, I will help you design and create the space in your home that you've always dreamed of. Additionally, I can do major overhaul home renovations. Quality craftsmanship is what I hang my hat on; I treat every project like I was doing it for my own family.
Reviews
Went to poor very quickly. A&N abandoned a job that I needed done that week and was very clear prior to hiring that the job needed to be done. Had one morning of rain and was told "Rain Delay" we can't get it done this week. When I asked why such a delay because of a morning of rain received a call from owner screaming at me saying "I don't need this!!!" Tried to discuss through but then he stopped answering my calls to confirm. Lastly got a text : "good luck". Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and poor way of addressing customers. Work that was partially completed was unlevel and needed to be redone.
Be patient..Hear the customer out and what is needed to be completed ..not just shouting out the cost of “this type of work” without even working through what needs to be done.
