Polite and hard working they did a 50 plus mile move for me. Good value but some things were scratched and damaged in the process. They did offer to take off $ for the final bill for it.
I have nothing but praise for their team. They even showed up earlier than the expected time. Heck even earlier than me lol. If ever we get a house, I will be contacting them first.
These were the BEST movers!! So quick to respond, very flexible, extremely reasonable. REALLY went above and beyond. I can't say enough! I would recommend to anyone! I would definitely use again! Helped way more than was required. Really nice guys. They moved a church organ upstairs!!!!! And an upright piano downstairs after picking them up from 45 minutes away! For a very reasonable price. Amazing!!

These helpful movers quickly emptied out our apartment and got all of our belongings 500 miles away to our new house safely
I had an extremely good experience with Carlos. He's such a hard worker and works until the job is done, no breaks, his preference. I was pregnant and needed help packing, loading, moving and unloading. He and his co worker got the job done. He later drove my stuff from TX to NJ. I am currently looking to hire his services again and realized I never left my review from almost 2yrs ago. My furniture was well protected and I had no damages to any of my items. They also dissembled and reassembled my furniture. Very affordable as well. Thanks again so much Carlos for your service 😃
You spend 3 mins of your time providing the needed info to the app and get a quote from them 5 mins later. You confirm the time and pickup/drop-off addresses. They come on time and get it done in 5 mins at each locations. The price and number of 5-star reviews mean they are very efficient and know what they are doing. Would definitely call them again next time.
They loaded my home, and drove 12 hours to unload in Oklahoma. They stayed in touch with me l the way. Unloaded the truck and made sure it all fit in the storage. Thank you so much, so professional, easy to communicate with.
A-Star Movers were the 1st to respond to my text message on Thumbtack regarding the move, date & time. There Professionalism was quick to load and unload within a reasonable time without any problems. They unload from 1 Storage company to a Shed Storage located on my Property next to my Home and also brought furniture in that I needed. Very Polite, Communication was outstanding. I was skeptical about hiring long distance movers on Thumbtack, but I’m so glad I hired A-Star Movers. Carlos was incredibly responsive as soon as I messaged him. I appreciate how accommodating and communicative he was through the entire process. Although they were a bit late for the loading, they let me know what was going on. They packed my stuff with such care, wrapped all my furniture, loaded everything well, and then unloaded in Chicago with such expediency. They even set up my bed. I would not hesitate to hire them again and will likely do so if and when I move long distance again. Thank you so much for making such a stressful thing so simple and easy. Very polite and professional, they were very quick with the loading and un loading on a long drive from Austin to Fort Worth. There was a miscommunication about the day of the move and I panicked when they did not show up. But I was so pleased to work with these guys over a Memorial Holiday. When it comes to moving, you know who your friends are!

I contacted them yesterday ( they answered with in 5 mins), they were ready to work today, today at 8 am right on the clock they were there (so punctual), they picked up the piano like one would pick up a blanket... and then 15 mins later my piano was placed safe with out a scratch in my home. The price was the most affordable I found!! When I had ask him how long they been at this job He even made a joke and said he just started few weeks ago LOL!! ikr!!! All this excellency with a great sense of humor!!! beat that!!!!great job guys!! thank you very much for moving my childhood dream to my home!! <3 peace out <3 :D
5 stars to all of the above—incredibly responsive, very reasonably priced, and they took the utmost care in moving my grandmother’s fragile piano halfway across the state (AND I needed it moved on short notice, but these guys were there within the hour!) They even worked around my work schedule so I didn’t have to take off work to meet them at the drop-off time! Nothing but great things to say about A-Star Movers. These guys helped me move a heavy, treasured family keepsake and made it a downright pleasant experience. Thank you so much.
