Jon and his team were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They worked tirelessly in the hot sun to repoint my chimney, repair the crown, and replace the liner. They also fixed the flashing around the chimney and added a roof cricket to prevent future leaking. I would highly recommend hiring them!

John and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked very hard on several very hot days. The quote to replace existing crumbling sidewalk was very detailed and the work done as described. John is a good communicator and easy to reach. I plan to use A Sweep Above for another concrete project, hopefully spring of 2027.
The project has not been completed but working with John and his crew has been very successful.

Updated Review: I want to warn potential customers about this company’s misleading practices and unprofessional behavior. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable: 1. Poor Communication: Consistent delays and unclear responses made the process very frustrating. 2. Dishonest Pricing: They were not transparent about their pricing, leading to confusion and unexpected costs. 3. Unreliable Scheduling: They frequently missed or were late for appointments, making it hard to rely on them. After paying the invoice they provided, I received unprofessional and harassing text messages, including being called "cheap." When John came for the initial quote, he brought two individuals who didn’t pass a background check through Thumbtack. He claimed he forgot the tools needed for the job but promised to send a quote. It took days for him to return and complete the work. The most concerning issue was when my thermostat went missing. Both employees admitted it was found in a bucket used to clean my chute, but John later contradicted this, claiming they were mistaken. John has continued to harass me even after I asked him to stop. If you’re considering this company, I encourage you to check their Google reviews or any other platform under 8 Clement Ln, Myerstown, PA 17067. The negative experiences are consistent. I have all evidence, including texts, receipts, and photos, to verify my claims. If anyone wants proof or more details, I’m happy to share. Avoid this company if you value honesty, professionalism, and reliability.
We are so happy to have the brick shelves gone and a mantle up. John did a great job planning a way to remove the shelves and replace the bricks with a nice flat wall and mounting the mantle. High quality work done fast!

Set up an appointment for Saturday 9/16…which they offered as an option after I said I was available during the week. Confirmed and waited and waited…no call no show. No call back after leaving a message. Don’t waste people’s time if you have no interest in the job.
