Ben with A2Z evaluated our damage and made a careful inspection and accurately detailed estimate. He was prompt in providing an estimate. Communication from the A2Z office was appreciated. Thank you for your response A2Z!

Rude and Unprofessional: After much back and forth and working hard to schedule, we stayed home today (instead of going into the office because they can only come on a week day) so that we can have them over. They gave us an appointment from 9-11:30. At 9:05, no one was here which prompted me contacting the company. The email said someone will be here at 9:45 am. We had another project going on for our fence which was ongoing. We didn't need to be home for that because that person already knew what we wanted. The main reason we stayed home was because A2Z gave us a 9 am appointment on a work day. We have at least 5 separate remodel projects in the home. We greeted the guy when he came and asked for a minute to chat with the fence guy, then one of us started talking to him and proceeded to get the keys to one of the space we wanted to remodel, while doing that, our dog was howling and needed to be calmed down because the dog was seeing so many new activities he hadn't seen before. Also trying to answer the fence guy questions and then turned around and the guy left. I called the company immediately and they said yes we left their guy waiting for 10 mins. Seriously???!!! He didn't say goodbye, he saw me walk down the driveway to go open the shed we wanted him to see, he could have walked down the driveway. The least he would have done is say 'hey I am leaving, I see that you are busy' of which trying to deal with a unsettled dog, attend to him when he arrived later than we planned while also attending to another worked..... Never seen that before. The good news is that they aren't the only one and just lost 5 major projects. Very rude and unprofessional.
