Horrible experience. Driver harassed us about payment after we paid a deposit and I had been in constant communication with their team. Completely embarrassed me with my group when the driver came inside and demanded $60 after I had told their team I didn’t realize an extra $60 towards gratuity was owed and was sending the money

Tremaine was wonderful. Traffic was horrible and he remained calm and professional throughout. Thank you.
Had a great experience booking through AAA. The sprinter limo was so much fun and clean!

Great job guys
Was in time for pick ups
This was an amazing experience awesome company. I love the fact that they were so responsive organized, and available. We worked with wonderful people will definitely book again.
I am truly impressed and grateful at the service provided by AAA Limo Services Inc. From the initial contact, to the continued communication, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Bernardo arrived before our designated time to ensure we had plenty of time to load up the vehicle with our luggage. He was professional, amiable, and very kind. The drive was smooth, and exactly what I was hoping the experience would be. Although everyone had suggested I use Uber to my destination? As someone who grew up and learned to drive in San Francisco, I am very particular with whom I feel safe driving me around. The City and its surroundings are not for inexperienced drivers, and I like to entrust my life and the ones I love in the hands of those who know how to drive in the Bay… and drive safely. I can honestly say I felt safe the entire ride. Thank you again, AAA Limo! I’ll definitely be using your services again!
I’m not sure if I wrote a review so I am writing another one!!! Company was extremely efficient in responding at the last minute and providing excellent service! Called last minute for short charter to casino for my birthday. They were on it and vehicle was beautiful comfortable and accommodating for my disabled father!! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!!! Thanks for making my birthday perfect!
Very professional and responds to emails and texts promptly. A great company and will use again.
We couldn’t be more pleased with SF limousine/private chauffeur. From my initial request, they have been responsive and accommodating. Our driver was early and the car spotless. He drove 3 girls to prom and texted their safe arrival. Excellent, thoughtful service.
