Reviews
Aakool was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Took the time to complete the job and didn’t rush through it.
it was great working with you. I needed help urgently and you showed up, self driven, no supervision required. work was done professionally and on time
The technician was very helpful, and efficient. He also suggested some tips to avoid related issues in future.
Excellent service from Akool! Their pricing was very competitive—significantly better than the other companies I contacted. The technician was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job maintaining my mini-split units. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.
Firas installed a new Rinnai outdoor tankless water heater for me. He was prompt, professional, communicated quickly and his pricing was extremely fair. He came the next day to install the water heater and it only took about 6 hours. I highly recommend his services and will likely use him when I need to replace my heat pump. Thank you Firas!
Diagnostic fee had some non transparent fees included. Good at responding though
They were so fast to respond and were transparent about pricing. He wasn’t pushy about upsells or telling me more things were wrong than needed repair. I’ll be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward.
Great professionals. Did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Will use them again!!
I recently hired AAKOOL to replace my residential water heater, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Firas from AAKOOL was exceptional—punctual, professional, and highly skilled. He arrived on time, assessed the situation with confidence, and completed the replacement quickly without compromising quality. His clear communication throughout the process was a standout, as he explained each step and answered my questions thoroughly, ensuring I understood the work being done.
