Adnan was incredibly responsive and punctual. He answered texts & calls immediately. He arrived at the time he said he would be here to diagnose our issue with our furnace. Unfortunately, the price he quoted for a furnace replacement was $1000 to $1400 more than other service providers from Thumbtack. Other service providers matched the same 2 year labor warranty while still providing lower quotes. For this reason, I am providing a 3 out of 5 star review.
What I thought was going to just be an inspection of my boiler turned into a needed replacement of the 45 year old appliance and a new water heater of my equally old one as well. Andy came on short notice, as I was about to go out of town and didn’t want to leave my housesitter potentially without heat. He got everything done in a few days, including finding and installing another component, and when I caused a flood trying to bleed a radiator, came dashing back for no charge. You couldn’t ask for a nicer, more trustworthy guy. I’ll be calling AB for my yearly maintenance from now on. P.S. I wish I had a picture of the look on his face when he walked into my flooded dining room!
I don't believe he has knowledge of computer system on my 10 year old boiler. He briefly looked at system, like 5 minutes. Then said I really should get the bell replaced. I asked how much, he said $900. I said no, please just clean and point check. He said let me go to my vehicle and get a brush. I said what are you talking about, you need to take it apart and vacuum, then he did. I just sat back watching him from aways. When he was done, I asked him the damages, he said $189... I'm like what⁉️ Over years I've paid $89, $139.... I had $100 in various bills on the table in front of me. He appears anxious to leave and said well how much you have there...so he accepted it, and said only if you give me a good review, I agreed. Then he said furnaces are easier, they take 15 minutes. I wasn't in the mood to continue conversation, was just glad he was leaving. Backing up a bit....he said bell pressure if 12 lbs. but system has 20 lbs. I asked well can't you adjust the computer? He said no, the bell is in control. And, wasn't there a way he could drain some pressure, pretty sure others did that⁉️ So now I feel like I have to call someone else to check it 😒so not happy.
Andy is the best, do not hesitate to hire. He came and fixed our furnace at 9pm at night!! Friendly, professional, and responsive, we will continue to use AB Heating and Cooling and recommend to others.

Andy was extremely helpful and professional. He came in, within 10 mins our AC was back and running again. He even offered to clean the AC vents free of charge. Andy is the guy for all your HVAC needs! Definitely recommend him

Every other company tried to pressure me to change the entire system but Andy recommended the most cost-effective solution. The price is exactly what they quoted me upfront and very reasonable with no extra fees. I’m so glad I found AB heating & cooling, they’re reliable, trustworthy, and did a fantastic job.
