We had him scheduled for a job at 1:00 today. All communication was through Thumbtack so it is clearly documented. He was a no show with no communication. When I called him at 1:20, it was obvious he forgot all about our job and didn't even apologize. I would NOT recommend this individual.

Plumber was courteous and professional.
Got the job done perfect and showed up on time.
Installed a cabinet and sink in my basement bathroom. The job was a little more detailed than originally discussed and he went above and beyond to make it work. I’m very pleased and have already hired him again for additional work.
