Joe was excellent. he didn't over charge me or charge me for stuff I didnt need. he also had an excellent business partner.
Great experience! He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. He took the time to show me what he was seeing, explain the possibilities, and walk me through what would need to be addressed in order to move forward. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciated his time and would definitely recommend him!
Joe was an amazing communicator. He helped us with our stressful mold process and was with us in every step!
Very timely response however our particular job was way over his head and he made promises he could not keep. The water restoration part of our job was addressed adequately.
Joe and his team were great. they worked well with us in a timely manner and took into account our pets. If I ever have the problem again and I hope not I'll be calling Abcert an d asking for Joe Sammosn. Thanks Joe!!!
Joe and the AbCert Team are awesome! Joe was professional, had great communication, was very responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend AbCert for your project. Thank you Joe!
Joe was amazing to work with! We just purchased our first home and knew of existing moisture in a wall. He came out the day after we closed and got right to work. He didn’t charge us day to day for the fans and helped think of creative ways to see what was causing the leak. We were able to text or call him anytime to ask questions. We hope we don’t have a leak ever again but would contact him if we did. Thank you Joe!
I asked joe to do a mold inspection for a rental and he was very proactive, responsive, and fast with his delivery. I’d recommend!!
very good and professional. Very nice English speaking people and ready to help when needed. Very helpful in explaining the process and all the other aspects of it. Highly recommended.
