Have some later things be missed in our refrigerator where I came back over here to redo it myself overall, I live in the fridge. Everything else was done. I knew that there may have to be some cleaning before come in for service that we did not look for the one services we did book was for our fridge to be cleaned and on the surface is clean, but there was stuff that was missed that shouldn’t been missed

They did not vacuum my large dining room rug, there were crumbs and white spots all over the kitchen floor still and I specially asked for my couch to be vacuumed and this was not done nor was it straightened out. Very poor service

Her response to my inquiry for cleaning was very off-putting.
Please do not hire this company. First, the cleaner lied and said they only accept cash payment. I called the owner after she left and the owner let me know they also take payment via the internet. Second, the cleaner told me she had no change. I wasn’t able to make change so she got a larger tip as a result. Third, THE CLEANER DID AN ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE JOB. See the attached photo of our sink AFTER THE CLEANING. I notifed the cleaner and she said “sorry, i did alot of work in the shower though.” DO NOT hire this company.
House was cleaned great, they did a great job getting out house ready to list for sale.
First of all the cleaners didn’t understand English and we couldn’t communicate Second, they were supposed to just clean bedrooms and bathrooms. They started vacuuming my carpet, which I told him to stop because I didn’t want to pay extra and then I went into the bedrooms to check on the beds and the sheets weren’t put on right! I asked for deep cleaning!!. They didn’t dust they didn’t mop the floors when they all left I checked the bathrooms behind the doors. There was a bunch of hair and dirt in my bathrooms, so I was highly disappointed. I will never ask them to come again
I asked for a deep clean of kitchen, living room and bath. No bedrooms. The kitchen was clean. But in the living room and bath nothing was dusted. (See photos of dust on lamps, doors, fan blades, and baseboards) the floor in the bathroom was obviously not clean and the shower had not been touched. The cleaner arrived 90 minutes early (not a big deal, but I was still in my pajamas) she was her for 2 hours, I know that my home was dirty because I have been laid up for several months and unable to do any cleaning, but I paid for a deep clean and this is any but deep.
