Reviews
Very professional services and good value for the repair.
The team did what they agreed to and did it well. No complaints.
Technician refused to provide business card and came in a unmarked truck. Requested a chimney clean and Technician was very pushy and wanted to sell a liner that I do not need. Paid the $89 highway robbery fee and told him to kick rocks! Scumbag company's charge for quotes.
Absolutely terrible. When I reached out initially for dryer vent cleaning, I was told it will be a clean inside out and on the roof. No only not the job wasn’t done well, they came for 5 minutes max and told me everything was taken care off. I had to hire a roofer take off shingles near vent exit since it was clogged. I reach out to the service, the boss claimed he will send another person out for service and I never heard from him since. Stay away. I had to hire a new person and got the job done right. View photo proof. I wish I can give negative stars.
John was very quick to respond and provide an estimate. Once we agreed to the price, he showed up within 30 minutes and got the masonry work completed within 1 hour. So, very prompt and efficient.
Thank you for doing a great job cleaning my dryer vent and installing a new vent cap and bird guard. Nice fit and sealed all around! Thanks so much!
Too uch rushing to a customer showed up on time . We were thinking to replace different cover but he fixed whatever he got and cleaned another dryer vent on fly. Kind of rushed to get job done.
Satisfied with the work and with the thoughtful information provided
We agreed the chimney service more than one week ahead. I asked twice about price and possible additional payments. I sent you a picture of my chimney and let you know ahead that its 2 stores building. Unbelievable, but you guys tried to charge me twice price, nothing doing and left. The technician said that maintenance includ only 10 feet chimney and he will charge additional every feet. The guy who chatted with me here said that its a regular maintenance and I have creosote build up. Really? Did you see chimney less than 10 feet? Or dirty chimney without creosote? Never! Never use this dishonest and deceitful company.
The cleaning work was done quickly and effectively. John was also great at explaining what we needed to fix a structural problem with our chimney top and flashing that was starting to cause water problems. That work will be completed soon.
Will recommend.
Excellent!!! Service. Identified issue immediately. Highly Recommend.
Amazing experience! I just needed a quote on some major roof repairs. The team came by with hi-tech equipment including drones to take pictures of my two chimneys and walked with me around my entire house and property. Very knowledgeable team, and they were not pushy when I told them I would need their services in a few months from now.
I had my dryer vent cleaned , they were very responsive and professional. For the quality of work I received it was a great value.
