I called on a Thursday for a small roof repair on a barn. Came Saturday morning with two people knocked it out in 2.5 hours. Looks great. Will definitely hire again when the need arises.

AC Inc. Roofing left the job incomplete so any stars are me being generous. Damage in the pics attached They were contracted to repair a leaky skylight for $850. When they eventually arrived (after initially missing the schedule we set) I was told a “proper” fix was going to cost $1955. This was a significant difference so I asked them to estimate the same work on all four of my skylights. I was told $3744. OK, clearly some price gouging when you can do them for $936 each but you want $1955 for one. That said, I accepted the new price for all four without fighting and decided to hold them to quality. The repair tech hammered hard on my roof for 4 days. Naturally, this knocked the interior drywall around the skylight onto our furniture which I cleaned every day. Not a small mess by any stretch but I didn’t complain. When the exterior work was finished I naturally expected them to fix the new damage they caused. I was told this was out of scope. For anyone who has PM experience this is laughable. The scope didn’t exist when we made the contract so it would have never been included. It’s an issue they caused. When explained this, they agreed and brought in someone to drywall and texture. Great. This painful but Im happy if it’s being fixed. To everyone’s surprise the interior tech told us he wouldn’t paint. I have the matching paint so this is seriously a small step to finish the repair. At that point, the owner Nick Bennett attempted to gaslight me with accusations and straight up lies. This is where they lost my business and my respect. I paid the invoice in full and will never, ever work with them again. You will regret it too. Stay away!
Taka, arrived right when he was expected. He explained exactly what he was going to do and an estimate of how long it would take. We ended up only needing minor repairs and I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING. Not only did they come out and do the job well they did it on my very high, slippery roof when others passed (and I don't blame them). Oh, and he did it IN THE RAIN. Nick was extremely courteous but was very communicative. True pros. HIGHLY recommend.

Alex was great! Had him install shingles on a 300 sq ft shed . He Did a fantastic job, was very fast and cleaned up afterwords. He was very clear about prices and quotes. I will definitely consider him in the future.
Alex is, literally, the best roofer/tradesman I’ve ever met. After arriving from Arizona to visit a property in Kremmling CO we discovered that we needed to remove and replace our asphalt shingle roof—17 squares. On a Wednesday, Through “Thumbtack”, we found A&Y LLC, Alex Portian. The next day, Thursday, Alex personally traveled from Westminister to Kremmling to survey the project. He gave us a bid that included “pulling the permit” in Grand County and scheduling both the mid-roof and final inspections. After reviewing two other bids we selected A&Y LLC on Saturday. On Tuesday Alex had the Grand County permit. At 7:00am on Thursday (one week after first contact) Alex arrived in Kremmling with his crew of five. The roofing job (strip-to-wood, 100% ice and water shield, new shingles), both inspections, and a very thorough clean up were complete by 3:00pm! I was VERY lucky to find A&Y LLC! Alex is very professional and was quick to respond. He was here the next day and completed the project in hours. I have waited 1 year and a half thinking this project was impossible given the age of my house. Alex was able to make this possible and it looks great. See for yourself.
