Totally excellent service and very fair price. We needed a couple of ethernet cables strung over a long distance in our warehouse and offices and he worked efficiently and got the job done. He took care to stay in communication and did extra things that showed he cared about his service. Further, he went ahead and did some trouble-shooting on our network and got our internet speeds racing! He went above the call of duty and I'm so glad we called him!

One of the worse experiences. The only time Gerald was on time was the day he gave me the estimate, after that he was late every time. After the installation I encountered some problems. For instance the coaxial cables connectors going to the DVR were too loose causing the image to be distorted. I advised Gerald the problem and he promised me that he'll be by my office to fix the problem. Well he never showed up. A called him repitidly to no avail, it was something surreal like I've never seen before. I would not hire this guy for any job.
