I would highly recommend Wayne if you have a/c needs. He comes with solutions and is very professional. I will be calling Wayne for all future service!
Thank you Mr. Wayne! My Google Nest thermostat stopped working and read an error message that none of the wires were detected. I tried all the troubleshooting things I knew to do. I sent Mr. Wayne a message around midnight and he responded with his availability early Saturday morning, I called him, and he said he would be to my home sometime in the morning. Surely enough he arrived with his apprentice just after 9 AM and my AC was on and blowing in less than 15 mins🥹Thank you so much!
My Heat/AC unit went out and Wayne came out to check the problem. He initially quoted me at $900 for the scheduled repair. When he came out to do the actual repair he then requoted me for $3000 saying the job was more difficult than he assessed the first time. Wayne wanted to rewire my entire system seems like. Thank God I got a 2nd quote from Natals Electric service. They came out found the issue and quoted me for $838. I only needed to get the disconnect replaced and a wire changed out. They proceeded to do the job in about 1.5hr and now everything is working properly.
Clothes dryer lost power. I did some basic troubleshooting and realized I needed a pro. Wayne responded immediately, was on site in an hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He’s my electrical guy going forward!
I messaged Wayne at 8:00 am and he arrived at 9:00am ! Not only did he fix the job right there, he did honest work quoted me an affordable price. I feel any other tech person would of quoted me a lot. I highly recommend Wayne not only for the quality work, he also hires others to provide them with opportunities!
What a great experience. I had just had my AC serviced two weeks ago by a well known company and it already failed. This gentleman came out the same day, identified the problem, fixed it in 20-30 minutes. The other company I used took advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about AC issues and quoted ridiculous prices. I will only use ACE electrical going forward. 5 stars all the way.
Nothing negative to say about this company. Awesome job from start to finish. Very professional. Will hire again to install fans and carbon monoxide detector.
I posted at 2pm needing someone to come check my ac because my outside unit wasn't running, and it's now 6:15 and the job is done. He called quickly, came out and once he finished the job he was on and fixed the problem.
Fast and professional service. Fixed problem quickly. Prices are within reason for services performed. Will hire again for future problems.
