Rafael from Acer got right back to me, set up a time to look at our yard, then came on the day that we scheduled and delivered the promised service. He stayed in touch with us to discuss the desired changes to our garden, made some suggestions that showed us that he has a good feel for our type of garden (Japanese), and has set aside time to handle this task. And we're set up to have him and his crew continue taking care of our yard. He seems very no-nonsense, dedicated to his work, reliable and reponsive. So far, we're very happy!

Rafael was very quick to response and provide a quick turn around for the work we needed. He made sure our overgrown bushes were trimmed back, cleaned up dead plants and mowed the lawn. We are very happy with his work! Thanks Rafael
Such a great experience! Acer Landscape was on-time, professional, and friendly. So happy with the service.
Rafael replied immediately to my initial text, he came out to view the site, provided some good suggestions for future work, a professional understanding of the challenges in our yard, and provided a very reasonable estimate. He did an excellent job on the appointed date and we will be working together in future. I really like that he has a certification in landscaping from the SRJC.
