Mr Eric and his team arrived and inspected the areas on the roof. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Communication was excellent and I felt they listened to my concerns. Job was executed perfectly. I highly recommend very professional.
Eric, and the whole crew with Ace, are tops! Literally. As soon as we found the leak, they were out the next day, and on the roof! We had all 3 of our roofs fixed, and now we're ready for anything! Definitely high quality work- not just a 'bandaid' on patchwork. Completely cut out, and new materials put on. Worth every penny, at twice the price!
I can’t recommend these guys enough! Had a leak on my roof that was making the guest room drip water that we identified on a Saturday afternoon. Gave Eric and his team a call, explained the situation, went over the issues and he used his drone service to scan our roof. In just 20 minutes he had the diagnosis and had an appt booked for us on the next day (Sunday) in the morning! When the time time came, they were here at 7am sharp and got everything fixed up in less than 90 minutes. Extremely professional, on time, fairly priced and overall great work. These guys are definitely experts and know what they’re doing!

Showed up the same day and walked us through the entire process. Both Eric and Robert communicated often during the entire roof repair and when they found other issues they offered solutions. Would highly recommend these guys.
Eric was extremely responsive in getting a quote out and completing the job within 24 hours of reaching out to him. This was a big difference from the experience I had with 3 or 4 roofing I was trying to get an estimate from. We had to fix multiple roof leaks and replace a few siding panels. Will use his services again if we need to in the future.
We had some roof damage after a storm and reached out to Ace’s. Erick responded immediately, quickly mobilized a drone to assess the damage to the roof, and was out with a crew to do the repairs that same day. They were very responsive, professional, and friendly. The team did a great job On the repairs and kept me up to date frequently with photos of the damage and repairs. It was a stressful time trying to get back to normal after the storm and Erick and his team made fixing the roof as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend using his services.

I was in need of some roof repairs and AMC came up as top pro on Thumbtack. I contacted AMC and Eric replied right away and in less than two hours he was at my property inspecting the roof. He found a few issues that needed attention right away and he also found hail and wind damage all over the roof. Eric and his crew were friendly and kept me posted every step of the repairs with pictures and what they were doing. Thanks to AMC my roof repairs were done in a few hours and before the next storm. I had a major leak coming out of my ceiling in my pantry. Absolutely incredible work, and very precise and thorough when it comes to maintenance, repairs and explaining exactly what’s wrong. He did a wonderful job. He quickly came the next day and finished the work the same day. He truly was a life saver for my dad who’s house was damaged from the Texas snow storm. He also was affordable and very professional. I definitely would recommend him to another person.
Found damaged siding on my house in an area that need immediate attention. Eric responded to my request for a bid within an hour of posting. Some photos were sent and we had an estimate in short order. Eric and crew showed up the next morning. The damage was more extensive than the photos revealed, after the full extent of the damage was a determined after a revised estimate Eric and crew went to work. By the afternoon the repairs were completed and painted to match the house Our house was in better condition than when it was built. Everything was clearly communicated and the work completed in a craftsman like manor, in less time than others could have come to bid the job. Extremely satisfied with Eric and straightforward way he treated us. Very personable and professional.

Eric was very responsive to my job request on Thumbtack and came out to look at my house the next day. He called while at my property and talked me through his assessment, even sending pictures and videos of what he was seeing. He gave me a quote on the spot and was patient to wait for me the rest of the week as I received quotes from other contractors. He was very professional and helpful through what is often a stressful process.
As a warning to those who might consider hiring Ace's Maintenance Company, don't. During the course of their work to replace my house siding, they punctured a water pipe causing a massive leak in the wall on the 2nd floor going all the way down to the garage on the 1st. This has caused over $3000 in damages. Both Eric and Robert have been unresponsive to resolving this issue and have broken off all contact. Not one to just cause massive water damage and leave me high and dry, Eric and Robert caused additional house damage and left work undone that we have already paid them for. A quick summary: - chipped the entry way tiles leading up to our front door - punched two holes in our interior walls from the outside - repaired the holes, but then painted it the wrong color - removed an exterior light during siding install then never reinstalled it - left behind trash from the siding removal on the front lawn and on the driveway. Trash also included empty beer cans. - left behind multiple ladders and a cooler. Thanks? So there you have it. I've also included pictures so that you, the reader, can properly understand just how bad and untrustworthy Ace's Maintenance Company is. Avoid them if you value your property and money.
