Very quick response and professional team
Michael is fabulous! Will definitely use him again!!
This company has the worst communication of any company I've ever worked with. They scheduled an appointment via Thumbtack and after that time window they called saying they needed to schedule the appointment and that whatever happened on Thumbtack wasn't valid. I re-scheduled for the next day and they again no-call, no-show during the appointment window. They called two hours afterward saying they needed to reschedule again for two days later. Two hours before the appointment they called to verify that I would be at home during the scheduled time window which I said I would. They showed up an hour earlier than the appointment, when I was not available and left when I told them I was not available since they showed up outside of the agreed upon appointment window. They did not show up during the agreed upon time window and when I called to ask what was going on they told me incredulously "we can't have our people waiting around doing nothing for an hour." Avoid this company
We didn’t acquire their services, but Michael was phenomenal. He gave wonderful advice and took the time to go through our entire home even though he knew that we were comparing contractors. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them for our future needs. Thank you Michael for your time.
They gave me a time and date to come out they showed up on time they are very knowledgeable about the work to be done i was pleased with the estimate that i was given im looking forward to this company doing my work
Late for appointment and never came back with a quote. Waste of my time. Wouldn't recommend.
I would reccommend A.C.R. Remodeling. They did a fantastic job renovating my basement.
We are absolutely happy with the work completed on our home. They added a new addition/floor and the quality was very strong.
great job on wheelchair ramp for my 👴🏾 grandfather...he was able to get out of house with ease :)
