So I hired this company about a year ago and they were fantastic! A very thorough job was done on my couch that needed a deep cleaning. I liked their service so much that I had them do my downstairs carpet as well. I highly recommend going with this company.
He was great and soooo professional! My carpet looked new again when he was done! I will def call him back again..
Very professional and flexible. He also gave me several recommendations on different ways to maintain my carpet, rugs, chairs, and tile. He even took extra time to clean the floor in my car which I appreciated. Thank you very much for all your help Arturo. We appreciate this greatly.
most carpet spots were not gone when he finished and others returned the next day. Had another company come to do same job two weeks later and carpet is still looking like new. maybe using stronger carpet cleaner or something.
Arturo and his assistant George were great! They arrived early, assessed the job and got started quickly. Their work and service was professional and as good as it gets. They were very detailed and made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I will be using Five Star for all of my carpet cleaning needs from this point on.
Five Star Clean was amazing! They were able to remove stains that I thought for sure were permanent. Thanks to Five Star's quick, reliable and friendly service my carpet never looked better and I was able to put my house on the market without having to replace the carpet. The service was so excellent that I will be using Five Star for the carpet at my new house.
Arturo explained what he could and could not do, what I should expect. He and his team did a great job on 16 year old carpet.
He cleaned three rooms and was able to get stains out of the carpet that didn't think was possible.
Outstanding job would recomend to anyone who would like their carpet cleaned they delivered great customer service as well
