Act One provided us with a deep clean of our marble tile, focusing largely on our grout. We had a large area that needed cleaning with some really bad spots. There were a few different options of what we could do with various price points. The team got the job done under the original estimate.

Great communication and committed to making the customer happy. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
They did a great job and got the job done in 2 days. The tiles look so much better!
Clay did a fantastic job restoring my parents bathroom floor by removing the stick down tiles and adhesive glue and then cleaning the classic basket weave ceramic tole to its original beauty! Highly recommend Act One!!
I didn't end up going through with the job...but that was due to the incredible helpfulness and honesty of Clay at Act One. He shared what the problem was, and that it would likely reoccur. He could have easily sold me on his service, but instead educated me. Would be great if all companies acted as honorably as this one does!!
Clay was extremely responsive, professional & solved a problem my renovation contractor could not. He’s excellent.
The work was excellent as was the level of professionalism
Great work! Very responsive to outreach, performed work quickly and the outcome is fantastic. Redoing the grout on our older marble bathroom floor (likely 15+ years) look much cleaner and updated. Would recommend.
Act One completed a tile/grout cleaning and grout re-coloring in our bathroom last year. It came out fantastic. They really took their time with attention to detail and it shows! It looks so good and gave our bathroom the uplift it needed.
Clay did a superb job regrouping the bathroom of our rental. Despite some mixup on my part with the access to the house, he was patient and delivered as promised. I can highly recommend. It is rare these days to have a true professional who is really skilled at their job. Dr Chris Southgate
