Paulo was great to work with. He arrived early, thoroughly cleaned our gutters and roof area, and left everything immaculate. He was friendly throughout, and we’d happily work with him again.

About ACTIVE FACILITY GROUP
Active Facility Group (AFG) provides dependable building maintenance, handyman, and cleaning services for both commercial and residential properties. We handle the day-to-day repairs and upkeep that keep a property running — drywall and paint, fixture and hardware installs, minor repairs, and general maintenance — plus professional cleaning, junk removal, and full apartment turnovers. With a background in property management, construction, and remodeling, we understand what owners and managers need: fast response, quality work, and one reliable team instead of juggling multiple vendors. Whether it’s a quick repair, recurring maintenance, or getting a unit rent-ready, AFG is here to help.

Paulo was fantastic! He responded quickly to inquire about the job and setting up a date/ time. He was super friendly, punctual and even went to Home Depot to pick up a part needed for my pantry door! I’m very happy with his work and already looking for more projects around my place. Thanks Paulo!

Paulo is great experienced and on time with his work, strong recommendations! 👍
I hired Paulo to do some painting, fix a leak, replace some light bulbs, and take out some trash that my tenants had left behind. He came an gave an estimate - clearly identified what needed to be done. He brought the materials to fix the leak. He came right on time, and was very quick and thorough. Kept me appraised throughout the process.
Their team tackled a very dusty old log cabin with high ceilings in a highly professional manner. They are prompt, polite, communication skills excellent, high quality work, reasonable rates. After eight hours our home was sparkling clean. We will schedule them on a regular basis.
I needed my kitchen gaps caulked. Was very happy with the work! Highly recommend!
