Amazing Locksmith — Went Above and Beyond Ron was absolutely amazing and went far beyond what I could have expected. We had been locked out of our unit for several days, and another locksmith had already caused significant damage to the lock and door. I had initially sent Ron some pictures, and based on those, he expected the job to take about an hour. But when he arrived and saw the actual condition of the lock, the situation was completely different. What should have been a straightforward job had become extremely difficult because of the damage that had already been done. Despite that, Ron never gave up. He was incredibly patient, kept trying different approaches, and genuinely seemed determined to help us get back into our unit. There were several moments when it seemed like it might not be possible, but he kept working at it until he finally got the door open. Honestly, what he was able to accomplish felt almost unreal. After getting us inside, Ron also installed a new lock and repaired some of the damage that had been done to the door. He was extremely professional, patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply finishing the job and leaving. What impressed me just as much was how reasonable and fair he was with his pricing, especially considering how much additional time and effort the job required. Ron was truly a lifesaver for us. If you need a locksmith, I would highly recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Ron, for not giving up on us and for going above and beyond to help our family.

Ron was quick, clean and efficient! I needed a completely new deadlock and knob update and I had a toddler that needed a nap soon lol. Ron was finished with unpacking, disassembling, installing, clean up and done within 30 minutes! Doors locked, kid asleep and one happy customer ☺️

I had some slightly unusual requests to harden two exterior doors when I moved into a townhouse. I needed an extra deadbolt sunk in each door and very high-quality locks put in, as well as strike plates. Being a first responder, my schedule is difficult to pin down but service was quick and attentive. We weren't working with the best-case scenario in terms of what he had to work with but by the time he was done, a burglar would have to tear the side of the house out to get in. He also offered other security ideas that were free, or inexpensive, that I could do myself. Do yourself a favor, upgrade your locks and put in a second deadbolt in exterior doors and garage doors. It isn't cheap but its a one-time purchase, increases sellability of your home and is a fraction of the value of items in your home. If you work alot of hours like I do, I'm not the least concerned I might come home to a surprise. When I lock the doors for the night, I'll know my kids and I are secure. Burglars will take one look at that second dead-bolt, shake their head and move on.

I hardly write reviews (laziness), but I have to give props. I recently bought a house, and I am not an expert when it comes to locks, and initially, I requested for rekeying my five exterior entrance doors. Come to find out the previous owners installed basically closet door locks on some of my entrance doors, and the only key I received did not work on either the deadbolt or the entry knob on some. And well, that's a security concern 😆. If it weren't for the gentleman pointing it out and showing me how unprofessional the previous owners installed these locks, I would probably have a home invasion or something. Of course, I changed my mind to change all my deadbolts and knobs. He had a lot of colors to choose from, and I had no clue what color locks I wanted, and right away, he suggested for the knobs to match my kitchen handles, which is shiny silver and glad I took his advice. They were installed fast and no mess. Very professional, he never pushed products that I don't need, polite and punctual. I definitely recommend them, hands down, the best.
