This was my first time using thumbtack so I was a bit skeptical at first. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. She was very professional with her work and her responsiveness to communication was fantastic. To top it off, her filming equipment was top notch and helped produced the type of quality video I needed.
We had such a wonderful experience with Korena and would absolutely hire her again! She was punctual, professional, and had a quick turn around with our photos. We have a 2.5 year old son and she was extremely patient, just an overall calm demeanor and did not make us feel rushed. She offered her professional opinion through suggestions but also did a good job at balancing our needs and pace.
