All I needed was a wall-mounted sink installed (just 2 bolts). The water supply and drain were already in place. Even after I sent pictures and explained exactly what I needed, they still insisted on sending someone out to quote the job (a $59 charge). The quote was an insulting $2,950. I went with a different plumber who charged me $300.
Simple plumbing job involving the installation of one 90-degree elbow with a drain port and two unions. Despite being provided with clear photos and a detailed description of the work, the pro insisted that an on-site visit was absolutely necessary before providing a quote. This seems completely unnecessary for such a straightforward project. A qualified plumber should be able to provide a reasonable estimate based on the photos, pipe dimensions, and scope of work provided, rather than requiring an in-person visit just to discuss pricing.
My experience please think 100 times before hiring. Plumber came on time and I showed him the problem shower and explained. He did not open it to understand the problem is and quoted me 388 for diagnosing + 1434 for fixing a dripping issue meaning replacing the cartridge . I still paid service fee for just talking to this person . Will leave it to reader’s judgement

They immediately responded to a job about faucet replacement and scheduled an appointment promptly. The tech who came to estimate was also very professional. However we didn’t go with Addario as the price quoted was much higher (approx 2k) than what we were looking for.

the estimators priced leaking faucet repair $800 lowered price to $400 didnt know Delta replacement parts are free. cartridge arrived a week later. Dave and Jason (or Jake) were the plumbers. Fixed leak badly damaged wall, broke one of the faucet handles. Dave wanted payment without showing ne damage. I asked to see "repair". called Dover PD. Addario sending immediate pay notices. They added about $100 to the bill to come back repair faucet and wall damage. I tried wtiting to Addario owner Steve Addario Jr. his internet address is closed. i've spoken to many people at Addario, mostly Dispatch. Tomorrow I'll call Receivables dept. any suggestions? I dont want to sue unless forced. i had another business scam when I didnt pay they sent my bill to atty who put Lein on my house. iva B Hayes
They ghosted me and didn’t show up for the appointment. They didn’t give me any explanations
I had an issue late on a Sunday afternoon. They reached out quickly and set up an appointment for early the next morning at my request. They were prompt and explained everything clearly. Work was done timely. They stayed to make sure the tank filled and the water temperature was perfect. Their work area was cleaned up like they weren’t even there. Excellent work! Highly recommended. I will definitely hire them again
I had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to flush my tankless water heater, but after finishing the job, they DUMPED the vinegar solution onto the PLANTS in front of my lawn. As a result, my plants are now dying. On top of that, they used my restroom and left it unclean. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and an absolute nightmare.
