I needed a massive, heavy 18,000 BTU window AC unit installed in the window of a older home, and there was no way I could do it myself. I called Adept Installation LLC and they sent out their techs/professionals, James and Evan. From start to finish, they were incredible. They arrived right on time, removed the broken unit, and quickly installed the new air conditioner. Their attention to detail was top-notch. They were polite, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Outstanding service and very fair pricing. I highly recommend and I will definitely utilize this company again. Thank you again!

This was a great experience. They reached out within minutes of my search and were able to come the next day and install my range. I feel confident in their work as we didn’t want to mess with gas.

The guys were here on time. In less than 30 minutes the job was done in a very professional manner the area cleaned and the old unit removed. They charged a very reasonable amount and gave a veterans discount. The very BEST of the BEST.

Did a great job installing my new wall unit. Cleaned up nicely and took old stuff away. I would use again and refer to family and friends. Here is a picture of the old rusted unit and new unit.
