Reviews
Will was very kind and understanding. He did amazing work and I will definitely be contacting him again!
Did the job very well and very quickly, devising his own strategy since the parts for these blinds do not exist anywhere. Had no issues when I asked him to switch things around.
Will arrived on time. He had everything needed. The old rods were removed, holes patched, and the new rods installed. This is a boring review, exactly what I wanted to happen. Will was friendly, efficient, and I’d call him again for my next installation.
Highly recommend Will to anyone looking for a real pro when it comes to window treatment installation! I worked with him to install two curtain rods, four panels, and tie backs. Will was super responsive when I reached out and provided very convenient appointment options working around my schedule. He was very courteous and took his shoes off before even entering my home when he arrived. Will had great suggestions around best practices for how high to hang my curtains, as well as how to position tie backs. He even provided me with brackets when the curtains I had purchased were missing a few. Will was super nice and efficient, and I’ll definitely work with him again!
Will did an amazing job and will definitely hire him again for another installation. Price is extremely reasonable as well.
Excellent service. Will arrived exactly on time, installed the curtain perfectly and quickly. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
Will did an amazing job assembling and installing my motorized roller shades and motorized smart panel tracks. I’m highly satisfied and would definitely recommend him for future products. He only installed treatments for my living room but I will be hiring him again for the rest of my house once I receive my shipments. A+ customer service. Thanks Will.
Great experience after attempting to find a handyman to help with shades installation through Home Depot. Really glad I chose thumbtack or else I would not have been able to find Will. He was professional, quick, and an honest man. Answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing. If you are in need of shades installation, use Will.
Will is a LIFE SAVER! After a horrible experience with my longtime blind repair service, I was in a time crunch to get the last finishing details completed in order for my rental property to be move in ready for my new tenants. Panic set in as I wasn’t having any sort of luck reaching anyone who could repair the two blinds by the end of the week, I was beginning to accept it was just impossible within that time frame. Just when I was ready to throw in the towel, I received a message from Will, saying he was just finishing up a job nearby, and could swing by on his way home. He was here no more then 10min later, job completed in another 10min, and best of all, cost a fraction of the price I had paid to the previous repair service. After more than 40 years of business with my old repair/Install blind service, I can say without a doubt, I will be calling Will at Adept Blind and Shade for any future blind installation or repair projects. Thank you again Will, you turned what began as a very stressful, bad day, into a stress free, wonderful day. I can’t thank you enough
