Alan installed a new kitchen down draft vent, he drilled the hole in the hardwood floor, and he installed the extra duct metal pieces to complete the duct connection to the existing duct work in the basement. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work.

Cleaned the vents and fixed a vent cap that was out of reach. Made this project very easy to complete. Excellent communication as well!
AD's Home was prompt, responsive and didn't up-sell. I would definitely use them again.
Terrible experience. AD said he will come at 10 am in Thursday and never showed up. I kept calling and texting. Crickets. No idea how these people are in business no phone call, no apology, nothing. I wasted half a day off from work and lost money because of this no care attitude. Buyer beware !! Now somehow he will blame me because HE didn’t show up and never communicated anything with me.
AD’s Home Performance did an amazing job cleaning the air ducts at my grandparents’ home earlier this week. From start to finish, the team was professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful of their space. I highly recommend AD’s Home Performance to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. We’ll definitely be using them again!
Very professional, arrived on time and explained the entire process.
Great company. We got a clear quote for the job before they arrived. Including adding a new outside vent. Communication was wonderful, I got a 15 minute warning they were arriving. We have a newer house, but I am so glad we did the dryer vent too! They did such a great job. Can’t go wrong with this company.
Everything is good about this team, on time, perfection in getting work done, no cutting corner.
Very professional! Responded quickly and got the job done efficiently. Would hire again!
Alan and his team were great to work with. Resolved my issue expeditiously and provided great recommendations for maintenance of my ducts/vents moving forward.
Al knew what to do right away and got it done on the same visit. Wasn’t to expensive but I just wanted to get the work done.
Great Job!
Replaced exterior dryer and bathroom vents. Happy with punctuality, quality and value. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience dealing with AD’s Home Performance. I had a dryer vent that was detached in my attic causing rain water to come through the opening. AD’s home performance came out to my home on time and completed the work in under an hour as well as cleaned out the dryer vent. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again for any future projects. I highly recommend!
AD’s installed an exhaust for my new range hood including drilling through my brick exterior. Great work! My fan works great. I added a duct cleaning for my dryer vent ant they were able to troubleshoot an issue I had with poor ventilation. I would hire them again!
This team is reliable and trustworthy. We hired them to clean dryer vent. Upon inspection the Duct work provided by a handyman was shotty and failed. They came to quote and was prepared to start. They had material and completely installed two new vents installed in crawlspace. The scope of the work was clearly communicated and materials and labor cost was affordable. I would recommend them as they provided quality work.
The techs did great work. The vents were terrible and they had them squeaky clean. They were able to make recommends as well.
Alan did a great job in removing a birds nest from our dryer vent and covering it to prevent this problem in the future.
They did a duct for me please see before and after and worked with me on the price
I highly recommend AD! We had an issue with our dryer vent piping. Found AD on Thumbtack. Alan came out the next day and repaired the issue and cleaned out the dryer vent line. He was in and out in an hour and charged me the initial quoted price.
