Was hired to clean up hardwood floors after carpet was removed, including staples removal and spots of stuck padding throughout. Staples were removed, but wood was gouged and scratched afterwards. Stuck padding wasn’t cleaned away as promised. Overall, very disappointing, hours of work spent on issues to be fixed by someone else.

My first experience with ADSA Cleaning Services was absolutely outstanding. I booked them for a move-out cleaning, and from start to finish, everything was seamless. The ladies arrived on time, were highly professional, and communication throughout the entire process was prompt and responsive. The results of my apartment cleaning were nothing short of immaculate, if I could give them 6 stars, I would. I paid $200 for the move-out cleaning, and it was absolutely worth every penny. I will without a doubt be booking them again and will highly recommend ADSA Cleaning Services to my friends and family!
