We hired Ryan to inspect the flea issue in our condo. He did a great job in inspecting our condo, writing a report and telling what the actual problem is. He also let us know he work with all kind of bug issues. He charges a reasonable value to spray and inspect bug issues as compared to the big companies who always try to sell stuff. Very soon after posting my request on Thumbtack, I received a message from Ryan stating he could do the job that same day, which was amazing. I had reached out multiple ways to the local exterminator who helped us with the box elder bugs last time and never heard back, so getting such a quick response was a very nice surprise. I was at work when he first arrived, so Ryan kept me posted along the way as he found issues. He took care of the pesky bugs and offered his help with other things around the house as he has connections with other trades. I appreciated that as my husband has cancer and isn't able to do everything he used to do. Ryan was very professional, and I thought the price was very reasonable. We would definitely hire him again.
