I was told the serviceman would come on Saturday at 11am. I sent 2 messages by your app so he would come prepared with the right materials. He never showed up.
We worked hard on this job after he left Microsoft web site was only half done, and we didn't get Facebook to work. Not sure about google. We go a couple of other things done.
Donald was a down to earth guy, has lots of experience, fixed my PC by really looking into it and finding the root cause,the tech support for PC told me to just buy new parts (of course), it was a relief I didn't have to do that thanks to Donald. He also offered support in case anything else happens down the road. Good experience all around
