The gentleman they sent out was very polite, curtious and very deligent in his work. He replaced our old sink plumbing and faucets! He went above and beyond to make sure all was up and running properly!! Did a great job cleaning up after job was finished. Would hire again.

quit charging 452.00 for a simple knob to turn on and off my hot water in my bathroom which took a few minutes. I'm 75 and disabled. I didn't ask you to send someone from Boone because I live in DesMoines. No plumber would charge me that enormous amount of money for what was done. I didn't know that you weren't here in my location. what a RIP Off!!!!
He did a great job, got me up and going again in no time at a reasonable price.
Chase was early which was great he took the time to show and tell me what he needed to do to fix my furance . He was so easy to talk to and he took time to clean out my central air unit. I was very pleased with the service i received i would recommend APS service to anyone ill be using them in the future.

APS replied immediately to my message, that I sent on a weekend (it may have even been a Sunday). They scheduled someone right away and the next day they were here. Brandon was quick and did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and we have had zero problems with his work. I would definitely recommend!

Showed up when expected, Technician Brandon was Great , explained everything, then did it . The whole process was quick & easy , except for paying the bill , but I always have a problem with that part 😁
