5 Stars – A breath of fresh air… literally! We recently hired Advanced Radon Solutions LLC to install a radon mitigation system in our home, and let me just say—this was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family’s health (and sanity). Before the system was installed, our basement radon readings were averaging between 7-10 pCi/L during the winter. Yikes. That’s not good. Just three days after installation, our digital monitor shows a cool, calm, and collected 1.45 pCi/L. The results speak for themselves—we can finally exhale. What really stood out (beyond the $500-$600 savings compared to other bids) was owner Mike’s personal integrity and commitment to getting it right. From the start, he did a detailed walk-through of our home, explaining the best placement options. While other companies wanted to slap the system near the edge of the house and subcontract the drilling, Mike had all the tools, the know-how, and the Marine precision to do it right—on his own. He recommended a mid-basement location to maximize efficiency, took the time to run the PVC piping in ways that respected the look of our property, and showed up early on the day of installation (yes, a couple of weeks after the initial consult—on time and ready). He kept the work area clean, stayed professional, and most importantly, delivered on his guarantee. It’s not every day you hire someone to suck invisible radioactive gas from beneath your home—but when you do, make it Mike. As a former U.S. Marine, he’s still in the business of protecting people, just now with a fan system and some very strategic PVC. Thank you, Mike, for your service—both then and now—and for helping us breathe a whole lot easier.

Mike helped me replace a broken radon fan for our home. He went above and beyond what was asked of him by providing a better unit than what was previously installed, and assisting with the replacement of the unit. I appreciate his help and customer service. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks Mike!
