They dropped my very expensive TV and told me that they are reaching out to their insurance company. It’s been over a month and I’ve not heard anything back from them. I’m concerned that they’re not actually insured.

The guys worked hard. Upon the job being completed I noticed a dresser was damaged and about $200 worth of expensive beer was gone. Not only that but one of my brand new post lights were broken. These were just installed with proof of a receipt a week prior. Now the light needs to be replaced. I reached out to the owner and he didn't even respond to me here on thumbtack to make it right. The workers clearly work hard but this person claims they are insured and take care for their customers. This would prove to be false. The ownership is clearly the problem and once they receive their money they will ignore you. I would not recommend hiring this company.

I had an awesome experience booking and using Advantage for their moving services. Sharif and Mikey were prompt and stayed within their quoted time. Both were speedy, but ensured that my items were handled with care. I paid exactly what I was quoted for prior to moving. I am sure to use Advantage Moving again in the future.

The people at the company and the movers were all very nice and the total price was within their estimated budget that they quoted to us. However, the movers showed up an hour later than expected and the move ended up being rushed. The packers just threw the majority of our items in boxes without any attempt at packing. We were lucky only a few items were broken. They even packed our computer without wrapping it, and placed items on top of it. (Luckily it didn’t break). When we spoke to the company they were very apologetic, spoke to the crew who came and gave us reimbursement money which was helpful. If you use them, I’d recommend doing your own packing first and/or watching the movers carefully. As I said, they are very nice and hopefully they have other packers who are more proficient than the ones who came to our house.
