I had a roof leak for a while, since the house doesn't have an attic it's been very frustrating for me to guess what is going on with the house, and whether anything is damaged within the area I couldn't access. Feras quickly responded to my message upon I reached out, offered a free consultation over phone to discuss what is going on, and calmly assured me the issue is not severe. He even offered to follow up next week when I'll have the drywall removed. Really appreciate the professionalism, willingness to help, and answering to my multiple questions!
