We used AF woodworking to create custom Built in shelving for our living room and are thrilled with the results. Ahmed was quick to schedule an initial consultation with me at home after reaching out via Thumbtack, going so far as to stop by in the evening, which was so convenient for me. From there everything else went smoothly and quickly; we had our shelves completed from consultation to finish in a roughly a month. The laborers worked diligently for many hours to achieve a perfect result, and we would recommend them to anyone in need of custom woodworking.

Ed built some gorgeous quality floor to ceiling cabinets. I am so happy with them. He was extremely responsive and professional. I highly recommend him.
I needed a custom design and build of a movable pantry closet shelving unit, with sliding shelves. After explaining my idea for the project, Ahmed came to my home to take exact measurements and confirm my goal. Within a couple of days I received a contract proposal with drawings, which I approved. He told me the job could take a couple of weeks, but within a week he had the unit built, and delivered it. I couldn’t be happier with the final product and AF Woodworker.
Not responsive - doesn’t seem to able to confirm an appointment taken through the app, asked for a change, I agreed and still not able to confirm that change. Wasted a week could have found someone else.
They did an excellent job on this custom cabinet to fill this old TV alcove in my home!
Ahmed was great to work with. He took on my daybed project in the middle of having a newborn and a busy summer, and made it work to build it before i headed out of town — so i’m grateful he squeezed me in. I’m very happy with the quality and will hire him again!!
Akmed and his team of workers were great! The quality of their work is wonderful. We are so pleased. I’d hire them again in a minute.
They did a fantastic job with our kitchen cabinet project. I picked them after reviewing a lot of cabinet makers and it turned out to be the best decision. They are super professional, detail oriented, and delivered high quality inset cabinets. They went way beyond our project scope. Recommend them highly.
Ahmed and his team were incredible. They installed a full kitchen bench seating and cabinet system in one day (on the third floor)! The work is incredibly high quality with clearly durable materials. He was easy to work with during the entire process, and I’d happily hire him again.
Working with Ahmed was a pleasure. He helped me realize my project so that it came out exactly as I had envisioned it. Really quality work and a good value for the price.
Ahmed worked very quickly and efficiently to complete the job in our short window of time and did a very professional, high quality job.
