Over priced service (technician was on property for approximately 3 hours. Very poor installation on the ball valves (not even installed straight and one ball valve in installed with the shut off facing the wall (see pictures. What was changed I could have installed the ball valves with a little more integrity and attention to detail then what was performed (had back surgery or I would have installed myself). Would not recommend this company. They also sent me a quote to run RO line to kitchen sink and fridge for over $800. With 2+ access panels in ceilings down stairs . Hired a plumbing company out of Hastings, MN. 1 access panel, installed garbage disposal, and fixed the valves for $685.00. They had 2 plumbers and where here for 2 hours. The plumbers even asked who installed the ball valves and laughed. Not impressed.
Affinity responded quickly to my copper gas line repair.
The tech came out, provided a quick and easy resolution for the water line to my fridge not working (the valve) and even suggested another improvement that I didn’t realize would be an issue come winter. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything more than what I had called for, but in under two hours I was happy with the results.
