The job was very straightforward in simply changing three locks all with the same key. It took him 4 hours and changing two of the doors more than once and leaving twice to get parts. I would give a lower score except for his quick response time.

The person who came to replace the deadbolt lock on my front door was dishonest. His first name was Chala. For privacy reasons, I will not provide the last name. I am assuming he is an employee of this company. When we first started interacting, I told him that I am happy to pick up the lock from the hardware store. He told me that he will pick it up from the hardware store on his way and install it. We agreed on the lock to be purchased and the price that was listed at in the hardware store. He purchased a lock of a different brand that was a lower priced lock and started to install it. I had to stop him from installing it when it was not what agreed to. He kept lying to me that the lock we agreed on what not available. That was not true. I looked at website of the hardware store and it was readily available. Finally we agreed on the price to install a different lock and he completed the job. Very unhappy about the experience. I will not hire this company or this person again.
