Affordable Nerds went above and beyond for me. Initially I gave them my gaming computer to fix some broken fans, discover the source of a rattling noise, and clean the pc. Not only did they do all of these things, but they also discovered that the pc was put together poorly in some areas by the company I originally bought it from and made it much better! They fixed the cable management, fan positions, and layout of the pc to make it better than ever. They sent me recommendations for a replacement liquid cooler and installed a new one for me. They even took my parents laptops with them to fix after meeting my father while picking up my computer. For any work that would require additional charges, they explained exactly why they recommended going through with the extra work and asked me first before doing it and charging any extra. My pc is better now than when I first bought it! Couldn’t be happier with the work they did :)

Emilio replaced the screen on my HP touchscreen laptop in-home and completed the repair pretty quickly (about 30 minutes). He was respectful, professional, and the laptop is working properly again. The convenience of having the repair done at home was definitely a plus. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was a little confusion about the final total with tax at the end, so I’d recommend confirming the exact final price beforehand. Truly an artists of a repairman. He truly helped with my fear because it was a work computer that could have been a nightmare. Professional, hardwarking genuine guy as well adaptale. He cares and he deserves your business; best buy and other few options had ridiculous rates or wait times. He really came through and went the extra mile. Great company! Great guy. 5 stars easy. I was a little nervous at first about trusting someone online, but after meeting him in person I felt much more comfortable. He was very kind, understanding, and reassuring about my computer. He helped me feel confident that everything would be fine. Knowing that I also have a one-year warranty gave me even more peace of mind. Whow! Where do I start. Emilio saw my iMac 🖥️ from the door 🚪 across the room and immediately knew my issues. Notwithstanding, he performed troubleshooting antics and conclusively knew the problem. More than that, his level of personal performance and interaction was impressive. Very Pleased.
