I got the painting of the girl and the Spider-Man character, so we are so grateful. Especially Spider-Man did a special job with the kids, and I highly recommend him. Thank you.

Everything was great, the pony ride was awesome. thank you
Denise was great! She was on-time and very friendly to the children. She helped make our event a success.
I was kind of disappointed because she said she was going to do animal balloons she did not. I feel like she was kind of in a hurry and the kids complain about their face painting and she painted a little girl as a boy assuming he was a boy.
Denise was quick to respond but there often seemed to be a hint of cattiness for lack of a better word- like a hint of being baseline annoyed-hard to explain but I felt this often on my exchanges w/ her. Overall the experience was good but I think if you’re in the business of customer service the way she responds to people could be improved. I will say that she always responded and went out of her way to make things work, but it didn’t seem to take much for her to seem frustrated. Overall it was a good experience.
Denise was very punctual. Did a fantastic job at the kids' party with the facepainting. She even offered to make some balloon animals if she still had extra time. The night before, she called and made sure that every detail was attended to.
Super service by Denise.
She was amazing
Even she was busy she answered my inquiries and try to help in finding someone available for a last minute birthday party.
I can not explain how frustrated I Am with Denise! She is a middle men who has an audacity to contact people saying that she has characters and in reality she is not. Denise reached to me with Santa price for $350 per hour after few days later she sad she didn’t have anyone, I was naive and nice enough to tell her who I was in the contact already and hired. She reached out to them and then Send me a message saying that they work together and she is trying to add her cut out of air. Please do not believe this lady, she is really a scam and has no shame at all
She is the best . Thank u so much for all your help .
