Reviews
Dan replaced the flooring in my basement after my sump pump broke and caused flooding, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. He used high-quality materials and delivered the work at what I truly believe is the best value you could get. The job was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the results are excellent. Beyond the craftsmanship, Dan was incredibly kind, professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and took great pride in his work. Most importantly, Dan is completely trustworthy—I felt confident having him in my home and knowing the work was being done honestly and with integrity. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I would absolutely hire Dan again for any project he’s able to take on and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work done right!
Dan, the owner of Affordable Renovations, did an outstanding job on our entire property. He completely redid the floors, handled some minor electrical work, and took care of painting throughout the space. He was always on time, dependable, and very knowledgeable, and the quality of his work really shows. Communication was easy, timelines were respected, and everything was done right the first time. I would absolutely recommend Dan and Affordable Renovations to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.
Dan did a great job with our flooring. We have old 50's knotty pine walls and cabinets that we wanted to keep. He had to work with and remove three different old flooring materials. He made a stain color for the new wood floorboards that matched/complemented both the old and the new. He is a true craftsman and cares about the finished product.
Did great job in our basement.
Dan did an awesome job on installing our flooring, trim work, painting, & updating our outlets. His work was top notch and his prices were fair. We will definitely work with him again!
Dan was a real professional. Showed up when he said he was going to, worked quickly, but didn't rush the job either. My hallway turned out beautiful, and I'll definitely use him again for other jobs.
Did a great job , took his time and did above and beyond! Will be using again !
Dan replaced a fixed window with a single hung in my hallway. It looks great. He was punctual, fairly priced, worked quickly, and I am very happy with the outcome. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.

Dan did an excellent job patching and painting our upstairs. He was always courteous, trustworthy, and a man of many skills. We definitely have more work for him in the future (pergo flooring, doors, etc.). Thanks Dan!
