Not much positive I could say besides the effort in returning a second time to the property on the same day. Assignment and what was needed couldn't have been more clear and shots were still missed on the second attempt. Out of 700+ properties I've done in my career, this has been the worst one captured strictly due to poor angles and image quality.
Just received our photos. Looking great! Can’t wait to see the video too!
Ben was incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. When I had to cancel my photo shoot due to unexpected circumstances, he called me right away and refunded my $150 deposit without any hesitation. Excellent customer service and communication. I highly recommend Ben and look forward to working with him in the future!
Our wedding photos turned out beautiful and the quality is amazing. Ben from Afrang Media was easy to work with and had good ideas for romantic poses that felt natural. Just a small tip: make sure to prep a specific family shot list beforehand. We didn't plan ahead, so one side of the family ended up with more photos than the other. But it was definitely on us for not planning carefully. Overall, we love how the pictures turned out and highly recommend him!
Ben was phenomenally responsive when we had an urgent, same day real estate photography and videography request. He had a stellar portfolio, and we are grateful to him for the same day responsiveness, moving appointments around to accommodate ours, and confirming our existing photographer had no grey skies editing. Thank you, Ben.
Great experience working with Afrang! The whole process was smooth and the recording came out great. Would highly recommend.
Super responsive and communicative! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick reply!
Ben was awesome and very efficient! We were able to take walk-ins during a conference poster session, and received the photos within a few days. Wonderful service and experience!
The responsiveness and flexibility was great! Can't wait to work with him.
Vendor responded within minutes. My project and the details were arranged super fast.
We hired Ben for our event and could not be happier with the results! The photos are absolutely stunning — he is professional, easy to work with, and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
We had a corporate event that had a last minute cancellation from our initial photographer, and Ben from Afrang was able to fill in on ~12 hours notice to provide photo and video services for the event! We received all edited photos and video files just two days after the event, and were pleased with the results. Overall an excellent experience!
Afrang Media responded to my inquiry quickly and answered all my questions.
He was incredibly patient. There was an issue in my part with lack of service and being able to communicate and Ben took it in stride and made it work figuring out where to meet so he could follow us to the desired location, he was very prompt responding to my original reaching out looking for a photographer and quick with an affordable and reasonable price quote. In a one hour session we got about 100 professionally done and edited photos that are sure to bring us many good memories in the years to come. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a photographer for any event. He will make you feel well taken care of and his work will show for itself
I appreciate how they answer all my questions and concerns. And I am glad thay they were able to accomodate whatever I ask of them. They are so responsibe to all my questions and respects that I needed time to decide on the price and plan with my husband. I am looking forward to be working with them.
We had a last minute job and we received a reply within minutes. Within the hour had contract signed and confirmation. Will let everyone know final project comes out.
Ben has been very positive and professional in all his interactions with us. He tries to clearly understand our requirements for the upcoming projects so we can all be better prepared to obtain desired results. We love working with Ben and highly recommend his services
Had a great experience with Ben for my interview style little movie. Thanks again!
