Does a good job but poor communication. Needs to do better with communicating with their clients. They don’t respond for almost a week which leaves client confused on when the work can be completed. Disappointed.

Reviews
I reached out to Aguero Hardscapes to clean up our very overgrown and unkempt yard. Arturo quickly responded and continued to be communicative throughout the process. The quote was reasonable, the quality of work was amazing, and the team was professional and reliable. Definitely recommend!
I am very pleased with the service as well as my relatives. I needed limbs removed and leaves. They even removed hanging limbs on my walkway. I am a regular customer and will be referring them to my co workers
Horrible communicator run away from this contractor don’t walk he stated that he would be able to cut my grass on a specific day and when I keep contacting him for a confirmation to insure that he was coming he would not answer my calls or text messages. Very unreliable
Stir clear ! This guy is NOT reliable! He makes promises and timetable but don’t deliver. Not professional. Total waste of time.
Call, test, email, leave a message on website! Don't be a NC,NS, (NO CALL, NO SHOW)!
I cannot recommend Aguero's Hardscapes based on my experience. The contractor came to my property weeks before the job, reviewed the entire project, and provided labor quotes. To avoid any misunderstandings, I separated the work into two projects, purchased all of the materials myself, and created a detailed written work order outlining exactly what was included. He agreed to the scope of work and the pricing before the project was scheduled. After I ordered materials and paid to have them delivered, he arrived to start the first project but then told me the agreed labor price of $1,200 was no longer enough and increased it to $1,400, stating that it was more work than he expected. This was after he had already inspected the property and agreed to the written scope of work. I was also planning to hire him for a second project to install sod, where I was supplying all of the sod and paying $1,400 in labor. In total, I was prepared to pay $2,800 in cash for labor alone, while also purchasing all of the materials and sod myself. Despite that, the agreed pricing changed after the project was ready to begin. My biggest concern is reliability and honoring agreed-upon pricing. If a contractor believes a project is underpriced, that conversation should happen before the customer purchases materials and the work begins—not after. Unfortunately, this experience caused me to lose confidence in him.
Arturo is a consummate professional. He arrived when he said he would, took measurements, and gave the best quote. He worked in the pouring rain to get the job done. He did a fantastic job! Once I clean up my yard I’ll post before and after pics but he is the BEST!!!!
Hire Arturo. He worked extremely hard from wire to wire on our project, and he charged a fair price. I just fired myself and plan to call Arturo again in the future.
Arturo is a hard worker. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about plants and designing flower beds. He did an excellent job with our flower beds project.
Aguero’s Hardscape did an excellent job laying down sod for my dog house. He is very kind and very reasonable with his pricing. I will be using him for all of my home projects.
Aguero’s Hardscapes did an excellent job with my yard cleanup.
Aguero’s Hardscapes did an amazing job of putting sod on my front yard. They were on time and they cleaned up after the installation. The job was so professional we had people in their car and walking by telling us how nice the yard looked. I would definitely hire Aguero’s Hardscapes again and I appreciate his hard work.
Missed appointment. When I followed up I was ghosted. Did not return call to mention why appointment could not be kept. Clearly not reputable. I DO NOT recommend
He was very good, he explained the process. He did a great job. He was on time verp professional. He also gave me instructions on watering the trees.
On time, fast work
He did a great job. It was a small area, but he came the next day and laid out the sod. It currently summer and very hot but he did a great job!
I scheduled an appointment and they confirmed for 2:00p on May 19th, 2024. I received no communication in regard to them running late OR them needing to cancel/reschedule. I tried to call their number and even messaged them on Thumbtack but no call/message would go through. Then around 2:37 pm I received a message in Thumbtack stating “they were interested in helping me out” after they already had something set and confirmed with me. When i responded and asked what happened because i already had an appointment with them scheduled for today, no response was returned. I would suggest that they get somebody who can actually schedule the appointments, communicate with the customer AND actually show up when they confirm. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you’re looking for someone to be professional.
Arturo filled an unused decorative pond in our backyard. He did a fantastic job of it at a great value. Highly recommended.
Great work. Was on time and got the job done Perfectly 10/10 !!
